Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Push to Hole app for mobile devices, together with any related services (collectively, the "Application") operated by GOACTION BILISIM TEKNOLOJILERI ANONIM SIRKETI, hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Service Provider's registered address is: 42 MASLAK A BLK IC KAPI NO: 25, NO: 2 MASLAK MAHALLESI AOS 55. SOKAK, SARIYER, Istanbul 34485, Türkiye.
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require users to create an account or provide their name or email address. However, certain device information and identifiers may be collected automatically by integrated third-party SDKs, as described in this Privacy Policy. This information includes:
- Device and network information, such as IP address, device model, operating system version, language, and approximate location derived from the IP address
- Device identifiers, such as the Advertising Identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android, where permitted), identifier for vendors, and install or user IDs generated by SDKs
- Usage data, such as app launches, levels played, in-game actions, session length, and the ads you view or interact with
- Purchase information, such as the in-app product purchased, price, currency, and transaction ID. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; the Service Provider never receives your payment card details
- Diagnostic data, such as crash logs and performance data
On iOS, your game progress may be saved to your own iCloud account so it can be restored on your devices. This data stays in your iCloud account and is not accessible to the Service Provider.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, advertising, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
Location Information
The Application does not request access to your device's precise (GPS) location. Our advertising and analytics partners may infer your approximate location (such as country or city) from your IP address to serve relevant ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and apply regional privacy rules.
Advertising, Tracking and Your Choices
On iOS, the Application asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your Advertising Identifier is used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Application asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using a consent form certified by Google. You can review or change your choices at any time with the Privacy Policy button in the Application's Settings, which opens the same consent form. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.
Legal Bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, the Service Provider relies on your consent for personalized advertising and cross-app tracking, on the performance of a contract to deliver in-app purchases, and on its legitimate interests for analytics, security, fraud prevention, and keeping the Application working.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to receive a copy of it in a portable format (data portability), to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing, contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. Limiting your Advertising Identifier in your device settings, as described in "Advertising, Tracking and Your Choices", is an additional option and does not replace these rights.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider shares the information described above with the third-party partners listed below, for these purposes: displaying ads and measuring their performance (AppLovin and its partner ad networks), attributing installs and purchases to marketing campaigns (Adjust, Facebook), validating and managing in-app purchases (Adapty), and analytics (GameAnalytics, Facebook). These partners process this information under their own privacy policies.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, such as:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
- Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.

The Service Provider may disclose the information described in this Privacy Policy:

- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties. You can also limit ad tracking at any time as described in "Advertising, Tracking and Your Choices".
To request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to exercise any of your rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider does not operate its own servers for storing player data. Information collected through the Application is stored by the third-party partners listed above. Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, based on the following criteria:
- Advertising, attribution, and analytics data: retained while needed to show and measure ads, attribute installs and purchases, and analyze how the Application is used, and in any case no longer than the retention period set by the relevant partner in its privacy policy linked above
- Purchase records: retained as long as required to validate purchases, handle refunds and restores, and meet applicable tax and accounting obligations
- Diagnostic data: retained while needed to identify and fix technical problems
- Aggregated and anonymized data, which no longer identifies you, may be retained indefinitely
- Data required for legal compliance: retained as long as required by applicable law
When the retention period ends, or when you request deletion, the data is deleted or anonymized, or the Service Provider requests its deletion from the relevant partner.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting the Service Provider at [email protected]. Because the Application does not use accounts, the Service Provider may ask for information that helps identify the data related to your device, such as your device's advertising identifier. The Service Provider will process your request, and forward it to the relevant third-party partners where applicable, within the timeframes required by applicable law. Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age in violation of applicable law. If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take appropriate steps to delete such information or request its deletion from the relevant third-party service providers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider ([email protected]) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at [email protected].
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-25
Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.

If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at [email protected].
